Looking to strengthen your asset management knowledge, or support your team in doing the same?
This spring, in celebration of Asset Management Awareness Day 2026, Asset Management BC is making it easier (and more rewarding) than ever to improve your knowledge and skills!
Build Your Asset Management Bench Strength
Access free training to align your organization on asset management — plus a chance to win one of three AMBC prize packs, including the coveted AMBC shirt.

Why This Matters
Asset management is about more than infrastructure—it’s about making informed decisions that support resilient, sustainable communities.
By building your knowledge, you can:
- Strengthen organizational alignment
- Improve long-term planning and decision-making
- Deliver better outcomes for your community
And with these free, self-paced courses (just ~2 hours each), it’s never been easier to get started.
How the Contest Works

- Finish your course by May 30, 2026
- You’ll be automatically entered to win
Already completed a course? You’re still eligible—no extra steps required.
Bonus: Each course you complete earns you another entry, increasing your chances of winning.
Eligibility:
Must be a member of staff or an elected official for:
- BC local government or
- BC First Nation
- BC Public Sector asset owner
What You Can Win
Three winners will be randomly selected on June 1, 2026, each receiving:
- An AMBC prize pack
- A coveted, custom AMBC branded t-shirt (yes, the one that stole the show at the 2025 conference!)
But beyond the swag, the real value is the knowledge you’ll gain—and how it can support your organization and community!
