Work with Levels of Service

Asset Management BC’s Levels of Service training examines what Levels of Service (LOS) are, why they’re important, and how to define and work with them for your community. Using a customizable, spreadsheet-based LOS tool, (developed by leading asset management experts and customized for use in BC) you’ll get to work with your own data and information. This asset management education is available as practical, in-person workshops or as an online webinar series.

How to Write a Long Term Financial Plan for Asset Management

From data collection, through core calculations to developing funding options and communicating findings, this hands-on course is a must for anyone involved in creating a long term sustainability plan for asset management and having to prove their case with solid calculations.
