About Chris Barlow:
Chris began his career as an Engineering Technician and steadily progressed through roles such as Utilities Manager and Director of Transportation and Civic Works before being appointed Chief Administrative Officer in 2017. Prior to his time in Castlegar, he spent four years with the City of Red Deer, working in Public Works and Engineering. His hands-on municipal experience is supported by a Diploma in Geomatics Engineering, along with certifications in Local Government Administration and Leadership Development.
